- Make sure you drink a lot before fasting

- Avoid refined meat (sausage, corned beaf, or metballs), canned food, instant food, and food containing additive substances.
- Avoid food with high fat, such as fast food, fried food, and cream.
- Consume new food, do not reheat it too often
- Do not eat too much before fasting and when you break your fasting
- Enough with simple menu as long the nutrition is complete
