Quality that lasts for generations

Spending $5,000 on a watch that may not keep time as accurately as a North Korean-made $6 watch is a subjective decision. Make it with care and understand the investment will last generations. I have my great grandfather's Omega pocketwatch, and my dad's original space speedmaster - both work as they should and provide a sense of sharing my life with them each. Everyone has an appreciation of something that enables them to recognize value beyond price. The value of the prior review is zero point zero zero. Not sure why someone would write a review of something they neither own nor will own.

You literally look at it for 5 seconds at a time. I cannot justify paying 5 grand for something. Unless it's an engagement watch. Which doesn't make sense.
