The AL218 tritium watch is part of the Armourlite ColorBurst Series. The name is derived from the fact that these watches feature 3D colored luminescent numbers and tritium markers. The tritium markers by each number and the hour and minute hands are made with Swiss MB Microtec tritium gas vials, thus enabling these items to stay lit continuously all night and every night without the need for a battery or a push of any button. The 3D numbers feature a new technology in which they are charged via light source and retain some luminescence(time depends on the length of light exposure) also without the need for a battery or a push of any button.
Besides luminescent components, Armourlite ColorBurst watches are made with a shatterproof, scratch resistant high impact glass crystal. These watches also feature a double tempered black stainless steel housing and a crown protector, which protects the crown from being damaged in the event you bump into something. In addition to being durable and well built, these watches feature an accurate and reliable swiss movement with date function.
Once in possession of these watches, they will become like a best friend, due to the fact that they include a lithium battery that lasts for an incredible 10 years! Unlike other watches, with Armourlite ColorBurst tritium watches, there is no need to part from your watch every two to three years to have the battery changed.
Other features of the Armourlite ColorBurst watches are a 10ATM 100m or 330 feet water resistance, military time, and 5 second increment numbers and markers on the the bezel.
This AL218 Armourlite watch has a beautiful, durable 22mm width black stainless steel band that nicely compliments the black stainless steel case.

It was good selection.

It imported in order to use it in Japan.
Although the Japanese product and the product of Switzerland are excellent, I think that the American product is most excellent.
Practicality, solidity, and moderate weightiness are the features which are not in made in Japan.
Everybody is the same design, although G-SHOCK of casio is refined and is highly efficient.
Since I am a Japanese, he wants people in the world to know Japanese products, but I also regard an American product as excellent.
It is a word to the last.
Korean product is useless.
