Elegant face but cheap strap that's too long

I have several JBW watches, this one is okay for casual wear but the strap is too long if you have small wrists. Even on smallest hole it's too large & turns on my wrist. I will buy a bracelet watch again next time which is what my other Just Bling watches are.
