Bright, Sassy, a Keeper for Time on the Water

The aquamarine color of the band reminds me of the wake behind our sail boat when cruising off the Florida Keys. The dial is large and easy to see - even the date is clear. Our favorite jeweler cut the band down to my size (free). I still haven't figured out how to change the time - it came with a library of resources. It's a great, durable, attractive watch for being on the water. It's perfect for a bold woman with attitude!

Beware of knock offs....

I do not own this watch but I fell in love with it but before I purchase a large ticket item like this one I prefer to do my research on quality, company, and their customer service. After extensive research on this particular watch I found that unless you purchase from an authorized retailer or Tissot themselves it is most likely a knock off. Research showed that Tissot is not sold online and if an authorized dealer does show one online, they will not show the price. You have to contact that retailer or purchase from Tissot. Also I looked at the picture of this watch and then looked at the one on the Tissot website. If you look at the face on the watch above there is a magnified section over the date. If you look at the one on the Tissot website, there is not a magnified area. Now that may be just a variation from year to year but I would be careful. Also if you go to Tissot website they warn on the homepage about knockoffs. It is a pretty watch and the price is an eye catcher but just do your research. If you go to Tissot website and put in any of the retailers listed here on this site, none are authorized by Tissot. Nothing against Amazon because I love shopping with them and will continue to do so, just do your research to protect yourself and your investment.
