A very good casual watch

I have owned this watch for several years. It is extremely comfortable to wear and easy to read the time, but very hard to read the small dials. I would consider this a man's watch because of its size though a woman certainly could wear it. I don't know if the natural frequency stuff if is real or not. I have read several articles on the internet, some claim it's great and others say its bogus. I personally felt no different. Another plus is that the watch is water resistant and the band is made from silicone so getting it wet is no big deal. All in all it's a very good watch that is stylish, comfortable, and accurate.

A beautiful watch whose band fits man too. Thus it's actually unisex. The color grey is lighter than the picture shown.
