Eating foods with low protein is strongly recommended to be consumed by people with kidney disease. Take 3 tablespoons soy beans, and boil it with four cups of water to boil. Keep the cooking water reduced to approximately one-fourth of it or a glass.

Drink every morning after waking up, before the water is cold.
